When you place an order with standard shipping, we aim to process and deliver it within 48 hours. However, the actual delivery time can vary depending on where you’re located and the shipping method you choose. Yes, you can clean your crystal with common household items. Here’s the process:

Step 1: Use a glass cleaner to eliminate any dust and bring back the crystal’s shine.

Step 2: Dry it using a dust-free microfiber cloth, a glass cleaning cloth, or any soft, gentle cloth. Avoid using paper towels or rough materials, as they could potentially scratch the surface.

Step 3: Admire your crystal, now gleaming and free from spots!

We place 3D images inside the crystal through a cutting-edge laser technology. This laser enables us to make precise etchings at specific locations beneath the crystal’s surface. By varying the depths of these etchings, we create a 3D image that appears within the crystal. Laser engraving differs from laser printing, and in our custom crystal process, we use laser etching to create images by altering the depths of specific points beneath the crystal’s surface. Unfortunately, we’re unable to add color to the images through this method. Nevertheless, the resulting product still looks pretty amazing!

Certainly, we are able to engrave mature or adult content, provided it adheres to legal standards. However, if we determine that the content in your photo is inappropriate, we reserve the right to decline your order. In such a case, you will be issued a refund.
